moveIN 3: Why do I get an error message when using the password-forgotten-feature?

Please check that you have entered the correct email address and that there is no spelling mistake. Furthermore please make sure that you have entered the correct date of birth.

In addition to that please reassure yourself that you are trying to login to the movein portal (the word "movein" has to be in the URL) and not to another portal or website of the university/institution.

    I have entered my correct email address, no spelling mistake what so ever! I have used the forgotten my password feature many times and many times have I received a new password! each time I try to login, A message appears telling me to check my email and/or password! this is really frustrating!

    I am also facing the same issue as Wakileh. But how many times I enter my correct registerd maild Id and date of birth, those many times I ma getting that error message, please look into this issue.
